One favorite example of this work, was working intensely with only 5 weeks in advance of an annual sales conference when an international insurance company realized they were far behind in their planning. They hired us to jump in, and work with them A-Z, including theme, programming, working with internal company politics, positioning the presentations, revising the schedule, developing signage and employee rewards and giveaways... and coordinating all for 2-1/2 days at a swanky Buckhead hotel
